Problems with the latest TI workstation 8.0.1124

I upgraded TI to the latest version, TI workstation 8.0.1124, but encountered some problems which confused me a lot, when I burned a bootable CD-RW, it could boot my computer. However , when I try to activate the start up recovery mamager from the CD, I was informed to run the program from windows to copy some missing files to the secure zone. Anyone tell me what is wrong?
I have noticed there is the recovery manager folder in the CD, why it failed to work properly?

Please create a new bootable CD and try to use it, also please try to activate Acronis Startup Recovery Manager under Windows. If the problem persists, please send a letter to support@acronis.com. I have informed our Testing Lab about this problem and we will try to reproduce and resolve it.
