problems with internet detected by Spybot

About a dozen problems are detected by Spybot (eg CoolWWWSearch in a series of variations) that are fixed by Spybot, but the fix doesn't last and very soon internet use is stopped by Illegal Operation messages.
Spybot has to be run again, the problems fixed, and so on.
What will permanently fix the problems or wipe them out, so I can resume having regular internet use?
Any advice would be great. Our local service technician can't help at all.
I can paste in the exact problems if this is necessary.
