    Hello All.

Hope someone can help me. I am trying to Unintall Spyware Blaster and nothing is happening.

I am working in Windows XP. I go into Add/Remove, click on "Remove" and get the following:

"SpywareGuard Setup has detected that Spywareguard is currently running.

Please close all instnaces of it now, and then click OK to continue, or Cancel to exit.

To exit Spywareguard, double-click on teh red "SG" icon in the system tray, choose "Exit" from the File menu, and press "Yes" on the resulting message box."

Okay, I think I'm going to have someone hold my hand on this.

1.) How do I get to the system tray in XP?
2.) TO do something, I double-clicked on the desktop icon and got a nice box with an EXIT button, but that did nothing at all.

I really want to get rid of them both.

    Thanks.

    ok,

To uninstall SpywareBlaster u have to disable all protection first.

For Spywareguard, u should see an SG in the bottom right hand corner of your XP(taskbar) with all your other running programs.

Just click on that to open the interface of Spywareguard and on the top left hand side, click File, then exit.

Now u should be able to uninstall. Also advised to reboot when finished.

    Hope this helps.
