acronis true image for server Windows 8,0 build 937 Windows xp sp2. is hung during the accomplishment of the image copy that I must do thanks

I found the cause. the problem disappears if work without cover of the box of the computer. Tª of the memory was of 68º. without cover is of 61º. thanks to all
