    Hi,

Back on 27 Sept I renewed my license for another year. Now for some reason when I went to check for updates on the virus signature it says " my 30 day trial period has expired". The email from them says I am good to go until 27 Sept 2004.

I have re-entered the correct user name and password and also restarted NOD32 but no luck. It refuses to update for me.

    Anyone seen this problem before?

    Thanks
    Logan

You're trying to register a 30-day trial version, which cannot be registered.

You need to download and install the commercial version to suit your OS. (Uninstall the trial version before installation.)

    rodzilla,

I bought and installed the full commercial version back in Sept and it has worked fine up until today. I have had NOD32 for about 3 years now and have never seen this problem.

Again I downloaded the commercial version back in Sept when I renewed my license and it has run fine up until today. So that is not my problem.

Nevertheless I will reinstall NOD32 again as it seems I'll not get an update until I do.

    Thanks
    Logan
