Problem with trial version NOD32 2.7

    I have a problem in that the settings for action on files etc. does not stay.I always have to re set it.Also does the User Name appear for me if I am using the trial version?None does.I followed BlackSpears settings to the letter.:(

    oh never mind about the settings they are working.The question about the user name I still need answered.Thanks all ,this site rocks.:D

    I would recommend an uinstall and then re-install the full version (the one you need to enter your username/password to download).

    Once you reinstall, the username/password will stay. It's normally remembered if you enter it into the control panel, but there are some instances where only a reinstallation seems to fix it.

    If you are using a Trial version there is no Username and Password present.
