    hi,

i've created an image on a dvd, this image consists out of 2 parts.
When i have started windows and open acronis true image, i select restore and follow all the steps without problems. In windows acronis sees the backup file.
I've created a boot cd. when i boot the pc from the cd i complete the first steps without any problem, but when it asks me for the backup file(the one on the dvd) it can't find the file..:doubt:
    How can i solve thiso_Oo_O??

    tnx

Does the Recovery CD see your DVD drive? Is it an internal IDE or SCSI drive or an external USB or Firewire drive?

    Hello Francisca997,

Thank you for choosing Acronis True Image

Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

Could you please provide us with the following information?

    - The build number of Acronis True Image you are using, which you can find in the Help -> About dialog (it should be a 3-digit number).

    - Exact format of DVD (DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD+R or DVD+RW)

    - Application used to format the DVD

    Thank you.
