did you have some other security software prior to Eset? If yes what was it? There might be an uninstaller tool which you might need to run

Yes, I did, AVG, and I currently have Trojan Remover, but I think TR don't interfere, does it?
    Thanks!

You may need to run the ESET manual Uninstaller Tool to clear out anything that may have partially installed. Follow the steps in the article below:

    http://kb.eset.com/esetkb/index?page=content&id=SOLN2289&ref=wsf

For the sequence number, you may have to run through this step more than once. Each time, press '1' and ENTER, then 'y' to confirm. Once it says the uninstallation was successful, THEN reboot and try to install again.

I'd suggest contacting customer care. It looks like a problem installing the ndis driver so perhaps an ESI log as well as a Procmon log from installation might be needed.

What area of the world (country) are you in? It might help at this point to contact customer care (as suggested by Marcos).
