Problem using Snap Deploy to deploy laptops.

    Have been using Snap Deploy in an enclosed environment, successfully deployed about 160 student laptops.

    Now created a new image and we're deploying teacher laptops. Plenty of licenses.

    We log on 10 laptops and then click to begin deployment on the server and then every machine except for 1 drops out of the process.

    The other 9 laptops report
    Error 100,
    3,407,877
    Specified Client ID Not Found

    Not sure why there is an issue.

    By the way earlier in the week we called and need support and I couldn't get a hold of anyone, not even sales... Just seems that your support department really needs some work. Nobody called me back the entire day.
