    hello there!

One of our customers have a strange problem. He have installed nod32 and outlook 2007 complains about broken module ( emon.dll ), here is his screenshot:

ill try to translate this message:

"Cannot load plugin: NOD32 Emon ( C:\blah blah blah ) and its been disabled by Outlook program. Please contact to plugin producer for updates. If case there is no updates - uninstall this plugin"

We've tried everything to solve this problem and everything fails. Customer also reinstalled Windows, NOD32 and Office - problem still occurs. Ive reproduced exacly the same message phisycly deleting emon.dll from NOD32 directory. So i thought that i will send my emon.dll to him and this will solve a problem - still no luck... Anybody have any ideas?

    Hi,

I am using NOD + MS Office from last three months, never got any problem.

Working well and even NOD32 caught a virus in 18 months old email.

    Hello

I also get this problem with 2 different customers, with new computers with Windows Vista and outlook 2007 with business contact manager...

When I uninstalled the business contact manager the problems seems to go away (I hope)....

But this solution is not the best one if you want to use "business contact manager".

    Any solution??
