    Ok , I saw your threat log - a worm and trojans.

    In order to remove all of them and to verify your computer is absolutely clean and trouble free, you need to perform full scan . I also see that you are doing such a thing (87%)...

    Since you have configured NOD32 correctly , it will automatically take care of the things while scanning .However, it is recommeneded to boot your computer in Safe Mode and then perform full scan because Safe Mode is a special mode in Windows where most malware can't load (is not active) and thus it is easy for your AV to remove it. ;)

    As shown here, make sure your NOD32 is updated.
    The latest signature version is 1.1716

    Boot to Safe Mode by pressing F8 while your Windows is starting before the Windows logo appears and choose Safe Mode .
    Goto Start->Programs->ESET->NOD32
    Goto the Profiles tab and make sure you use Control Center Profile
    When so , make sure your set NOD32 to scan all your hard drives and push Scan&Clean

    NOD32 will automatically take care of everything ;)

    Restart in Normal Mode.

    I would also recommend you scan with Ewido

    Hope this helps! :thumb:
