Problem running a script in Powershell to fix Windows Updates.

    I just went back into this laptop after avoiding opening/restart for several days. I see the log:

    I managed to capture an image of this when the laptop booted up, but it was frozen. So, I needed a forced restart to get back a functioning laptop. Very mysterious.

    I use CMD rather than PS, but it is possible that AV is blocking it. I do not use any, because they were interfering with my scripts.
