    Hello.

I try to clone a hard disk with windows 2003 on a second disk with Acronis true image server last version. This two disks must be bootable. However, when i make the clone end i restart the computer. There is a error message who says there is a probleme of disk number. So i think, during the clonage it recup the same number on two disk..o_O

Help me please, i really don't see the solution.

Did you remove (or disconnect) the orignal disk before booting with the newly cloned disk?

    Hello benjer03,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Server Disk Backup Software.

Please be aware that Cloning procedure creates an exact copy of the hard drive. Therefore, as DwnNdrty pointed, it's important to disconnect one of the drives before booting after cloning to afoid Windows becoming confused.

    Thank you.
