Problem I just purchased the software and I cant login to Download it!!!

    I just bought this and the user name and password dont work!!!!

    Give it a bit to register. If you can't get it within 24 hours, ask for further help.

    This is so upsetting the links to the 32bit version work but I am running vista64 and the link does not take my username and password.

    Man this is pissing me off to no end. Now when I log in the site I can see the order I placed! I have the confirmation number and all.

    Hello darkstar757,

    Make absolutely sure your password is correct with no spaces. Carefully copy your information making sure there are no spaces before or after the information.
