Problem during retrieving interface password

    Hi Returnil,

    I have problem during retrieving password from returnil server, the reset password email is never been reach to my email inbox. Tried to contact Customer Support but still doesn't get any response from them. Hope that anyone here can assist me. Thank you in advanced.

    I have checked the support queue and found one thread that is related to a problem with the password reset which has been replied to today. Please check your e-mail and client to determine if this post is related to the current support ticket.

    If you have not gotten a reply, be sure to check your spam filters just in case and then send us an e-mail to support (dash) tech (at) returnil (dot) com if you still do not have a reply.
