if you list your restore points in PrivaZer, as shown in my previous message, how much space does your restore points + snapshots take ?

Hey guys...

New to PrivaZer and this forum.
Among the browsers listed, I cannot find Microsoft Edge, and my history is not being erased, securely or otherwise. I noticed that M$ just updated Edge again.
Am I missing a setting or doing something wrong?

Every time I Erase a File and/or a Folder, PrivaZer closes but Not Entirely.
PrivaZer stays on the Taskbar, and I have to go there and shut PrivaZer down.
I use Windows 11.

Is there an Option that Entirely Terminates PrivaZer after it Erases a File and/or a Folder?

If there is Not such an Option, could you, PLEASE, Add it?

The options are here but normally if PrivaZer was not running before, it should terminate automatically whatever the options you have selected.

How do I find the Window OPTIONS you posted Above?

 

When you right-click on files/folders to securely delete with PrivaZer, this exact window pops up.

 

When I right-click on files/folders to securely delete with PrivaZer, the Window VANISHES.

Isn't there another Way to reach this Menu and Check the tickb0x Close when completed (PrivaZer)?

 

That's because you certainly have the automatic start options activated.

In May you were going to works on this.
5 or 6 updates later I still seem to have the same issue.
Is this a problem my end or is it still pending.

I've just uninstalled Norton and enabled Microsoft Defender. When I run PrivaZer I get this:



How do I stop this?

I guess you're using configure defender or applied ASR rules via GPO, i have it enabled and no Warning from Defender when i launch PrivaZer, maybe the uninstallatiion of norton caused that (uninstall trace). Don't know which build of Windows 11 you're using, mine is 24H2 26100.6725.

Not on Win11. Still using Win10 for the foreseeable future.

Yeah, Configure Defender has made some changes, but I'd rather keep that setting (and others) enabled. Perhaps I have to temporarily disable Defender while I run PrivaZer?
