    Hello @camelia,
We have fixed it when clicking on the PrivaZer tray icon but it is not fixed when cleaning, you are right.
    We are working on it.

    @Privazer team
Any chance of having a progress bar or an existing one populated in these two screens...
    Screenshot (128).png

The above is very frustrating, especially the first time Privazer is run. The "please wait" can take several minutes and all the time one us left wondering is it working or has it crashed. Eventually the next screen appears and we wait again
    Screenshot (129).png

On this screen there is already a progress bar so could it be populated to show the wait progress please?
Thanks for your consideration even if not possible to effect.

    Hello @takiabtom,

it should not take so much time.
You have probably a security/antivirus software that slows down PrivaZer, preventing it to access your drive quiclkly.
Can you check in your antivirus settings if you can exclude PrivaZer ?

Yes, always exclude privazer, otherwise your favorite AV solution scans when privazer scans...double trouble and big hit for performance.

Ok thanks. Using Windows defender, so added Privazer.exe to exclusions and will monitor

    No...that is Cyberghost VPN

The windows defender change appears to have had no effect.
with reference to the previous 2 screenshots there is one other screen that appears very briefly between the two and it appears to have logged a scan activity of 1min 51secs in the attached.
    Screenshot (132).png

I am not sure what would be considered an acceptable delay for a program to initialize, however this is more than I would expect for an element of the program.
A thought that did occur is that Privazer is actually performing the items in the "Include" list.....in which case your screen that 'hangs' and states 'starting cleanup please wait' is a bum steer as you should be displaying something along the lines of 'processing include list'

Did you add any custom files or folders to be cleaned that are not on your C:\ drive but on another drive ?
(I see 15 additional files+ folders on your last screenshot)

All deletions are C:\ ........sometimes the files may exist sometimes not.
As it would seem the you are also thinking the "include" clean is culprit in the wait could you please modify the onscreen messaging so that the user is aware of why waiting i.e it is working on the include list not waiting for unknown reasons

"include" is not the culprit of this slowness.
    We are performing some tests.
    We keep you posted.
