    It's the NSA's job, or one of their jobs, to collect and store as much data as they can get their hands on. I don't think that there is anything in Google data that isn't already in the NSA system. Every avenue that the data flows, the NSA is there hoovering it up.
    To me it makes sense they are more looking for a partnership then a data grab.

    Personally, I would care more about seeing the release of some uber cool whatchamagizmos. A petabyte in your hand is worth more than 2 petabytes at Google.
