ThreatFire is something like HIPS i think?

You dont need to delete anything, but you can delete Panda Cloud. The Prevx security is more than enough.

If I install prevx safeonline ... would it be redundant if I have KeyScrambler Premium already installed?

KS Premium? overall... no, not redundant.
it will provide another layer of protection in other application and windows logon from keylogging which safeonline doesnt handle.

SOL is mainly a web shield against keyloggers and hi-jacks etc. It is quite good at what is was designed to do but it is by no means the equivalent of a full-scope HIPS or behavior blocker.
