Anyone else finding that with the above combination Prevx online no longer works? Ie I don't get the little popup any more and I can copy and paste text, URLs etc from the browser window to other apps on my system. It still works correctly with Internet Explorer 8 which I also have on my Windows 7 Home Edition 32bit system. According to the Prevx status window Safe Online Browser Security is switched on and working.

Hi Jonathan and welcome the Official Prevx Support Forums!

True the latest RC build 3.0.5.179 supports Opera 10.60 as Dermot7 has said! You can give the RC a try or wait till they Officially release it to all customers automatically?

    HTH,

Good to hear Jonathan...thanks for letting us know. As a private user I prefer
to use RC version also, because Prevx do their best to keep up with new software developments, and if anything goes wrong or e.g. presents an incompatibility, then issue is soon addressed. Have a good day.

Is it still not compatible with 64-bit opera?

    Thanks.

Are you using the new Official Release 3.0.5.179 as it works fine for me in 64bit. The tab could be sitting on-top of the Browser Window make the window smaller to see if is there and if it is the case open the SafeOnline Tab a drag the Tab window lower to where you want it and then close the Tab window and that should be it!

    Will do!

Out of interest, how does Prevx update itself?

    ummm........
the RC version....automatically....very frequently..but as it's a release candidate its prone to beta bugs

the official version.....automatically....but only once the RC has proved stable...so infrequent and slow :p

so hop on to the RC bandwagon ;)

I would also like to add the reason the Official Update does not go out to everyone right away is to give other AV & AM vendors to fix possible FP's against the new Prevx version installer as some do or did!
