Praise For ESET Support

    I just wanted to say how impressed I am with ESET's support. I lost my username and password recently. I sent an e-mail to ESET support, and got my username and password in an e-mail within in a few hours. It may not seem that great to some, but it sure beats having to wait 24 hours or maybe longer, with some other companies.

    If you enter your username or registration email address to the form http://www.eset.com/support/lost_license.php, you'll get the username/password re-sent within a minute or two :)

    This might not work if you purchased NOD32 through a local distributor, however. In such case, you should contact the distributor to obtain this information.

    Thanks Marcos. I'll bookmark that just in case I screw up and lose my username and password again. ;) :)
