Possible new Hijacker

    This may tie in with a similar report by dano1957 that was made in this forum this past weekend. I don't remember the exact date, I think it was the 21st. Pieter answered him, asking for more information, but as far as I know he never did reply to that request. :(

    The scary thing was that he said it locked his browser (IE); he couldn't get out of it except by rebooting, because the only thing he could do (according to the site that had taken over his browser) was purchase whatever they were selling. That verges on extortion, IMHO. :mad:

    Somebody should find a way to put those bozos in jail!

    I've also been getting the "nnsearch.biz" hijacking my IE home page.
    a) how do I get rid of it?
    b) what legal recourse do I have against the owners of the nnsearch.biz website? This just has to be illegal!
