Possible hijack

    As soon as I login I check the Alt Ctl Del processes running and I notice that Internet Explorer comes up as a process and then disappears without actually showing the browser on screen. Then www.popuppers.com becomes part of history. Sometimes McAfee's Privacy Services mysteriously becomes disabled, and on more than one occasion MCAfee AntiVirus itself goes south.
    I've run AdAware, Spybot S&D, Webroot's SpyAudit, Aluria's ASEScanner and SpywareBlaster.

    Check the items listed below in HijackThis, close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:
