I found the following (file attached) in my system32. Could not delete it. NOD did not find anything in it.
After I moved it away my internet access was restored.
Whats the point of catching Trojans after they are in ? Anyway, my opinion...

The attached file was renamed from name.dll to name.txt for attaching.
It was launched with the following params:
    rundll32.exe "c:\windows\system32\name.dll",s

    All the best,
    OJi.

Edit: attached malicious file removed. Please send any suspicious files in an archive (RAR/ZIP) protected with the password "infected" to samples[at]eset.com
