    Port Explorer 2.200 released.

I checked my existing installed Port Explorer for updates.
It notified me of a new version (2.200); see screenshot.

    The DiamondCS site tells:
    http://www.diamondcs.com.au/index.php

    Port Explorer site:
    http://www.diamondcs.com.au/portexplorer/

I have the new version downloaded, but at the moment not yet installed.

I have just installed the new version over the top (XP-home SP3).
    No problem with installing.
And it is still registered on my name ;)

I'm very happy that in the Help-file section "Copyright and Credits" Jooske is still mentioned, among others.
It cannot be underestimated how much Jooske has done for DCS, the DCS users, and for both the DCS forums here at Wilders (!!!) and at the private forum in the past. Who doesn't remember that old beautiful "Thank You Jooske" thread?

A little bit more about the changes...

The Help Menu has been changed.
I'll try to show screenshots about it.

    Here is the old one:

    So:

The "check for" (New Version, and New Port and Domain database) feature has been removed. I regret that! I did like that feature!

The link to the "online forum" has been removed. Well, there is no more online forum anymore.

The link to the "Members Area" has been removed.
    "Ough" :rolleyes:
The issue about the "Members Area" has already been discussed in that other (insane long) thread:

A friend notified me that he/she had a problem with the licence after upgrading from version 2.150 to 2.200.
(I did not have that problem.)
Alas, I have no idea what has caused this... I do apologize for not being of much help

Well, I'm not an employee of DCS.
The only reason why I did mention that problem of that friend, was to warn folks to make a backup image before trying to upgrade. (Of course I did so myself). But once again, I myself did NOT have a problem with my licence after upgrading; the new version DOES show my registration.
