pop3 updated only after restart

I'm using NOD32 (DE) for Win2k

after having updated with "NOD Control Center" and then clicking the "NOD32 for POP" tray symbol, the POP scanner shows up with still the previous version. Only after quitting and restarting "NOD32 for POP" it shows to be updated to the new version.

do I have to live with that?

pls. post the screenshots of the NOD32 for POP3 and the NOD32 Control Center Info Tab from the same time so that the difference in versions is visible - we need also other information from there.
