I use Forte Agent and my pop3 server is mail.ozzienet.net
I use the default port for checking email which I guess is 110.

What should I place in the fields ?

I tried reading the manual but found it overwhelming as I could only open it with " notepad "

    Hello,
since this application is used to connect to and receive messages from
a newsgroup NNTP server, POP3 scanner cannot be used for scanning
them. Anyway, if AMON is on (and it should be turned on all the time)
it scans all files open or saved to the disk so a possible infiltration is
detected and further malicious actions prohibited.

    Hi,

I meant the email messages that I recieve, not from the newsgroups that I read.
Forte Agent can act as your email client as well.

Thanks for your info about Amon. Its great to know I don't need emailing scanning as long as I have it running.
