I ran HijackThis and checked the line:
    O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://207.188.7.150/29d9c97aff3b48045702/netzip/RdxIE601.cab

This line didnot show up when I ran HijackThis
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [TIPRA] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\TIPRA.exe

That line seems to change everytime I run HijackThis. here is my new log.

    Try this:

Disconnect your computer from the internet, do a Ctrl-Alt-Delete to bring up Task Manager, and end task on the Svideom.exe process
Next, or even if the "svideom" process isn't listed, Start your computer in Safe Mode, and find and delete both C:\Windows\System\Tipra.exe and Svideom.exe (if still there).

NOTE: To avoid the risk of these files not being found due to them having the 'Hidden' attribute, first make sure that in Folder Options > View hidden and operating system files are set to show.

Subsequently, still in Safe Mode, run Hijack This, and have it fix this line, if it hasn't mutated:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SVIDEOM] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SVIDEOM.exe

Now start your computer normally, and post a fresh log.

    Tony,
Did as instructed and the files Tipra.exe and Svideom.exe were nowhere to be found. I ran HijackThis and noticed the line had changed and the file was called omcatc.exe. So i went thru the process again and found the file and deleted it, all in the safe mode. Here is the new log:
