I got an email reminder 10 days before my licence expired. Have you got some form of email filtering program that could have treated your reminder as spam?

    Well...I don't think so...my ISP don't filter mails.
What's about this mail from Eset ?

More than likely, the email was from a Reseller reminding to renew.

    Cheers :D

    Simple question:
    My licence expired...can I renew ?
Or should I pay a new licence ?

I'm not a re-seller of the product, just a relatively new user of NOD32. So I can't definitively answer that question. Blackspear or a few others could probably answer though.

But I would imagine that if you can show them that you had a license at one time, that they would let you renew.
Did you save the email with your purchase confirmation and the email with your username and password to download the commercial product?

If not, it's a good idea to create an "anti-virus" folder in your outlook, outlook express, or email handling program and save the corresponding emails when you pruchase this time.

    Good luck!

Yes, just renew, and there are 2 year renewal licenses available for a fraction more.

    Cheers :D

my email came from something called Webley@aspect systems (same place I get the 24 hour Threats Analysis from) but the return address was eset.co.uk?

Aspect is the UK distributor - you're in the UK right?

yes I am, and I seem to remember being automatically forwarded to eset.uk once I decided to d/l (I didn't bother with trial, just bought it outright - one of my smarter decisions!). I renewed for two years last October.
