Please help using notepad++ for Online Armor translation

    I am trying to translate Online Armor into Turkish.I got used to microsoft word but now I have to use notepad++.Whatever I write it appears as a single paragraph.I want to use bullets and numbers.Where can I access those settings.In notepad++ I use 'enter' after each line, but after saving as HTML it appers as only one paragraph.Any quick help is appreciated.
