Not real sure Cindy.....did you mean the black bit at the bottom of the ani? You've used two different size pictures, that's why the black bit ...I think.
I was going to have another go at it for you, but when I copied the pics and tried to line them up to crop them, there wasn't really much to work with. Alicia would have been cut out of the first frame...

Here ya go. Heres a couple of them from orginals. I tried to crop them pretty big and post them as big as I thought I could....(750)
I though maybe that would give you some room to play with.
I'm not real concerned with the outcome......I kinda just interested in how you did it.
Also, are you trying to create a 3rd picture ot blend the 2 together?

These 2 are the same.......wasn't sure how much of the waterslide you'd need to try to match them up.

Are these some things I should be mess'in with??

I guess, the trick is finding the balance between needing enough frames so the animation doesn't look jumpy...and...not having so many that the picture has to be teeny to post, right?

So, lowering those would change lower the KB size?? That's what I seem to have the most trouble with.
OK....remember, I'm kinda more interested on 'how' to do it. ;)
    Yeah, I saw that ....thanks!!

OK, I did it in DIP, but I also had a go in PSP and there is not much difference.....
*Open both pics in PSP (I used the first and third...The second seemed the wrong size.....I couldn't get it to fit)
*Copy one and paste it on the other as a new selection (that way you can move it around to fit....try to line it up as best you can. Don't worry about them overlapping, you can crop in Ani shop later...

next, I promoted the selection to a layer by right clicking on it on the right hand side.....

Now you should have the opacity slider.....and we just do the same thing as previous lessons. Adjust to where you want and save as a JPEG.

When you get to ani shop, select all frames and crop to the largest overlapping section.....like the red bit in post #82 above.

Still kinda small......I must be using too many frames. think I did like 17ish

I'm still hav'in lots of trouble resizing the animation like 5 or 6ish times {guessing} to get the kbs down to just under 200. Thats frustrating!

Followed that lesson real good, tho!! [IMG] Thanks a bunch, Brad!!

Pretty cool how you can slide those arrows.

And even figured out the cropping in the animation shop! Surprised myself! LOL

Maybe, it would work better to slow down the animation
{right now I think, the first and last frames are at 50.....and the middle ones are at 35} and use less frames..ya think...

I'll give that a try later
