Here's a thorough, enthusiastic review of Plasma 5.26, tested in a vanilla KDE neon session, including look and feel, customization, menu and settings improvements, Discover behavior, touch functionality, performance, responsiveness, day-to-day usability, some small bugs and inconsistencies, and more.
