PIXPOX hijack log

I'm not sure this is just a hijack. I was browsing the internet when A trojan was detected (I have McAffe VirusScan) and cleaned. However, Windows popped up a window saying that several windows files on my computer had been replaced, and If I wanted to restore them I needed to insert my XP home edition CD right now. Unfortunately, I lost the CD a long time ago, and although I went on a long search around the house for it I still can't find it. I eventually closed the window, choosing not to replace the files since I didn't have the CD. After this, my home and search pages were hijacked, but I just set them back to what they were before, with no problems. I thought, ok, problem solved. But now, every time my browser is idle for what seems to be about a minute, it goes to some porn site called pixpox.com, and every once in a while, I get a popup ad for some casino. I have the Google popup blocker installed, so I think this casino popup thing is somehow related to the pixpox thing. Is this a hijack? I don't know enough about these things.
