    Microsoft can't quite grasp the fact that whatever security humans come up with, other humans can break. Maybe not easily, but where there's a will, there's a way.

    Still, if they're happy to squander billions in search of their "holy grail", who are we to complain? The only downside for us is when the security affects real customers with genuine software, which results in no reduction in piracy and genuine paying customers suffering inconvenience. That one fact is why I'm not intending to switch to Vista any time soon. Possibly never. And of course, that affects my recommendations to my clients, both private and business.
