  1. If someone are sending a PING to my IP, or computer, can this may be a attack from a intruder?
    Is a PING dangerous?

Steff - While there are attacks (Ping of Death comes to mind) that involve pings, most of the time I get pinged it's generally just someone checking to see if my connection is alive. You can also send pings yourself if you try to trace someone who has scanned you (NeoTrace pro, Sam Spade, etc.). This sometimes results in your getting pinged back. Pete

No its not, but if your computer responds to the ping it could result  in something that is.   The ping your are seeing could be harmless or it could be someone looking for open machines to attack.
