    - multi language support ;)
    - check first for hash, then upload

    I did a test scan on "PVTUploader.exe" and it tried to upload although analysis was already present

    ~VT link removed per forum policy~

    I've got no idea, as I have never used the official uploader, and only found out recently they had their own uploader. But, I can say that the PhrozenSoft one is excellent, and I will continue to use it.
