Phant0m Deluxe tool won't install rules?

    I have restarted my computer 4 times now and each time I try to install the updated rules I am unable to.

    I receive this:

    [Debugging]
    SubnetMask$=255.255.255.0
    IPAddress$=192.168.1.2
    SubnetIP$=192.168.1.0

    I was able to make it install by first saving the blank rule set and then restarting. Working now and I am in the process of putting my custom rules back in :D

    seems like something might have been holding that file open, perhaps there was unsaved changes in Look ā€˜nā€™ Stop to the ruleset and you run P. ruleset installation. The debugging file is normal, was for my person use, but I updated the download server to have the debugging stopped. ;)
