I'm not sure of your question, i think you want that your both apps doesn't be blocked ?

So add them to PG list, and under "Options" tick "Allow Globals Hooks".

I cannot find start.exe to add it to pg list, i have looked in many places, but to no avail, or i would have allowed global hook for start.exe.

In windows, under prefetch, there is a pf file start.exe, and it is dated the same date as pg log, both are the 7/02/04.This date seems to coincide with the software cd i tried to load in d and e drive, but would not load the software onto the screen when u inserted the disk and clicked ok, nothing happens. when i checked the pg log this showes the same date as i said earlier so may be this is connected.
If d:/ and e:/ start.exe was blocked from creating global hooks, could this account for my software disk not loading, in other words pg stopping it because it was blocked from creating global hooks.

    thanks the mul
