Personal firewall is not working properly

    Hi all
    I've recently installed eset smart security 4 beta on my windows vista ultimate sp1 system.
    I keep getting the following message in the main ui window. any suggestions on what I can do to fix this issue?
    Maximum protection is not ensured
    Personal firewall is not working properly
    Personal firewall rules could not be converted for an unknown reason.

    Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

    Hello,

    Do you have any other security software installed which could be interfering with the firewall?
