persistant rogue dialler

Help help help.

I have been infected with a rogue dialler that cuts in and places a new internet connection on my system.

It is called xxxdialer.

I have run various kill programmes and they find the following:

7FaSST:IE Start Page
HKey_current_user\software\microsoft\internet explorer\main\startpage.

I kill that but the dialler keeps reappearing

I have had to have premium rate call-barring placed on my line and this stops me (I Hope) from incurring excessive charges.

However, sometimes I can uninstall it and delete references and clear the comms port and reconnect via my provider - but sometimes this does not work and I have to reboot.

I have spybotS&D : and adware but it still comes back. Plus I have just installed spyware blaster.

How can I get rid without reformatting and starting all over again.
