Peper removal tool won't stay open

    I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I'll find out if it gets moved.


    A poster at another forum has the peper infection, but the removal tool won't stay open. I've never run the peper tool since I have never been infected by it, so I don't have any 1st hand knowlege on what it does. Here is what the poster said about it closing:
