PCTools Firewall Plus

I was wondering, when I allow utorrent in pctfw, are there any other settings I should change or do I completely allow everything?

 

When i was using PCTools FW,utorrent was set to allow all outbounds and inbounds set to ask (if i remember right,these are the default actions).And when the pop up with the "utorrent is tryin to act like a server bla bla" appeared i was allowing it for a better download speed.I tried with the inbounds blocked too and i didn't noticed any major differences in utorrent download speed.Try for yourself and decide.

 

simple goto application and allow incoming connection to u torrent , I allow this while using torrent rest of the time i block it
