I installed Paragon Backup and Recovery 14 Free about 3 weeks ago. I successfully created a backup file and an incremental backup file. However when I tried to create a second incremental backup I got the following error: VSS specific error. Please see the system and application event logs for more information.

I tried to create another full backup and got the following error: File parsing error. Wrong or unsupported file format. .\stubact.log parsing error. Expected Number at line 107922

I found the stubact.log file, but don't know how to read it.

I'm new to all this. How do I fix this?

I rebooted and this problem went away.
