    That site tells about 4 ActiveX controls related to (older) First4Internet XCP uninstallation ActiveX controls that could put a hole in your IE.
    Protection against those ActiveX controls are now put there with this MS-patch; meaning that so-called killbits are set.
    The 4 CLSIDs are mentioned on that site.
