Please let us know if you have any feedback :). Hey we actually just posted a question over at: https://www.wilderssecurity.com/threads/sumo-keep-your-software-up-to-date.314623/page-109

How can we make SUMO not auto start during the completion of a silent install? We are using the following command "/VERYSILENT /NOCLOSEAPPLICATIONS /NORESTARTAPPLICATIONS /NORESTART /SP- "

Could you please add Adobe Flash Plugin for Opera and Chromium based applications – PPAPI

And maybe, consider adding Yandex browser? :doubt:

The Flash Plugin is the PPAPI that works with Firefox. Does this one not also work in Chrome? I know Flash Player used to be built into Chrome is that not the case anymore.

There are 3 versions; ActiveX, NPAPI, PPAPI.
    Code:
    https://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer.html
I can not get flash working, until I install PPAPI. I ahve noticed, that it unpacks into browser's folder, so it works, even if PPAPI is uninstalled afterwards, so it might give an impression, that it works with other version, but if the files are removed, flash will fail to work ASAP.
    Code:
    %USERPROFILE%/AppData/Local/Google/Chrome/User Data/Default/Pepper Data
    %USERPROFILE%/AppData/Local/Yandex\YandexBrowser\User Data\PepperFlash

We just added Adobe Flash Player PPAPI to Patch My PC Updater. We also changed the Adobe Flash Plugin to Adobe Flash NPAPI to make it more clear!

    Thanks for the great feedback!

The latest release is confusing the desktop version of Skype with the Windows Store version and trying to upgrade it.

We will be disabling updating of Skype in Windows 10 in the next update since it's only supported from the store now for version 8 of Skype. We are hoping to have this release out tomorrow.

I love this product! The silent install feature is great, as a lazy person this saves me time having to manually download and install all that stuff.
I also love that it's portable, great to have on a USB-stick to update some laptops of less techy friends/family.

This is improved in V 4.0.0.9 just released. We will now disable the Skype checkbox in Win10 and have a tooltip on the icon.

Have to concur. I've had this in my portables library for ages, but not used it yet ...

Just used it to manually (well, automatically!;)) update Google Backup and Sync. I think the automatic Google update of that had been blocked by one of my security softs. I was able to set the security soft to install mode, then used Patch My PC. Worked like a charm.

New to this program and am sorry if this has already been asked... Is there a way we can suggest new programs to be added to the database?

    Thanks.

I suspect this program isn't detecting the different versions of Adobe Flash Player correctly (ie, Edge / Firefox / Chrome). My machines have the latest versions installed but PMPCU is not detecting them.

Actually, this is a huge deal-breaker for me, I hate tools that refuse to even show the GUI without a network connection.
