Hello, I have just installed the trial version of disk director suite. When I run the program it asks me for a password which I don't have. Can anyone help with this? TIA Gareth.

Please try to do the following: - Uninstall Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0; - Open Registry Editor (Start -> Run -> regedit) - Find the following branches: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Acronis\ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Acronis\Acronis Disk Director - Set Full Control permission for SYSTEM and current accounts for these branches; - Install Acronis Disk Director Suite 10.0 over again. If this does not help then please create Windows System Information as it is described in Acronis Help Post and submit a request for technical support. Attach the collected information to your request along with the step-by-step description of the actions taken before the problem appears and the link to this thread.
