password protected?

    Hello,

    While trying to install ESET Smart Security, and after choosing installation mode, the next step ask for password:
    "ESET Smart Security settings is password protected. Please enter a valid password to continune"

    I didn't receive any password in my email while I sing up for free 30 trial.

    I have never installed eset products before
    I can try the tutorial that you have posted anyway?

    not sure why it is prompting you for password but I guess the tech support if anybody will be able to help so follow the instructions
    alternatively you can wait a bit longer for more and maybe better suggestions
