I am working on a Windows 8.1 64bit and box . System contains 1 drive with 3 partitions. I ran partition manager to resize 2 of the partitions. System restarted and got to a point where it says 'reclaiming space' and 'journal is OFF'. But now appears in a hang for the past 20min with no apparent activity. Question: What steps should I take to move forward?
