Partition deleted, get data back?

Hi
I'd like to know if Partition Suite could help me here:
I have a partition that got accidentally deleted.
If I understand partitions correctly, I think all my data is still on the dleted partition.
My question is:
is it possible to use Acronis Partition Suite to restore the partition without losing data?
If yes, would it still be possible for a formatted partition? In that case, the sectors's allocation might be different, but wouldn't the data still be present and thus recoverable?

Could you please download Acronis Report utility available at http://www.acronis.com/files/support/AcronisReport.exe and run it, create a report and send it to us? This would provide us with detailed information on the hard disk partition structure.
