Just wanted to commend Paragon on the support they give to their customers. I had an issue with Paragon's WinPE disks about a year ago, and while my issue wasn't resolved at the time, I was able to use a workaround. Even though my Paragon software is now outdated, I decided recently to contact their support, even if just to report my problem. I never for one moment expected I would get the great support that I did. Not only was the support engineer very helpful and quick to identify the problem, he also supplied me with an updated installer and WinPE 3 .iso. So thank you Paragon, and especially Musa Aliev (support engineer).
